Coating Services

Currently we are recommending several coaters. They offer different services - reviewing their websites will give you a good idea of the range available. They are not presented in any particular order.

Prices range from $30 for a 6" to $200 for a 16" for their basic and highly regarded Beral™ coating; from $95 to $275 (same size range) for their premium IonBrite™ coating. Prices take a big jump up at the break to 16" due to the sizes of the vacuum chambers. Turnaround time varies between 2-4 weeks.

Recently revised prices upwards but provide a super durable SiO2 (Quartz) overcoated Aluminum coating as the standard product. Prices range from $60 for a 6" to $200 for a 16" for standard; from $80 to $250 (same size range) for their enhanced Aluminum with SiO2 overcoat.

A new version of a shop with long experience, L&L has been getting great reviews and offers extremely fast turnaround. Prices range from $37 for a 6" to $134.50 for a 16" for standard SiO (Silicon Monoxide) overcoated Aluminum; from $96 to $300 (same size range) for Enhanced Aluminum. SiO2 overcoat is in the middle of this range.
